Jesus says this while teaching His disciples about true greatness. They’d been arguing about status and position, and He turns the whole conversation upside down. Instead of chasing importance, He shows them that real leadership looks like serving - and He points to His own life as the example. His mission isn’t self‑promotion but self‑giving, offering His life as the ultimate act of rescue.
