We are held by His love, His love never fails. Our hope rests in Him, and he stays with us as we trust Him.

Sidenote - most Psalm's are attributed to David but this one has no intro line (superscription) & therefore it is not possible to say who wrote it, however it is right next to psalm 32 which is "of David", so 33 is possibly the same, but either way it is written by a worshipper of Israel.
